Can you provide more details on sizing?

Sizing details are listed below an item. If you are not sure about which size to order (especially when purchasing for your wife), please email info@honoringintimates.com and we will try to assist you. Please note that our sizing is currently available up to Size 20, which is based on standard U.S. sizing. “OS” size items typically fit women sizes 2-12 (90-160lbs) and “QN” size items typically fit women sizes 14-20 (165-275lbs). For more details, please check the size charts, when available.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

If an order is submitted by 7pm PT, it typically ships the next day (Monday-Friday). Shipping methods available are U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (est. 2-4 business days), First Class Mail (est. 3-8 business days), or First Class International (est. 10-21 business days).

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped in a discreet and subtle white or brown box with the return label shown simply as "Orders -H.I."

Inside, products are wrapped in Honoring Intimates' white tissue paper and lingerie items are nylon string tagged with the Honoring Intimates hangtag featuring a verse from the Song of Solomon.

Manufacturer hangtags or clamshell casing with lewd images or partial nudity are carefully removed by our female staff members.

Can you help me send a gift?

Yes! Email us at info@honoringintimates.com and we will be sure to leave out the invoice from the shipment.

Where do you source your lingerie?

We work exclusively with U.S. vendors (ex. Dreamgirl, Oh La La Cheri, Shirley of Hollywood and more). We offer both economical and premium lingerie options from our partners.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. We’ve chosen the least expensive way possible, which is USPS international. The flat rate is $20 USD. Please keep in mind that customs, taxes or tariffs may be charged at pickup and vary by country. In Canada, the taxes are 5-15% plus a fee of $8.50. Australian taxes are 10%.

Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?

Do you carry maternity lingerie?

While we do not have lingerie that is specifically “maternity,” we do have some recommendations. Loose fitting babydolls, and OS or QN size items - which are stretchier and more adjustable - typically work well.

How do I wash my lingerie or corset?

For most items, you will want to hand wash them in cold water; no bleach; line dry.

For faux leather and corsets, odor removal products such as Febreze are recommended. Spot cleaning is also suggested, though some corsets may be washed by hand. Check the tag to confirm that the materials are safe to hand-wash, and if there are any specific recommendations for detergents or soaps to use. 

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes, we offer options up to Size 20. Please go to our main lingerie page:  https://www.honoringintimates.com/lingerie and click on “Category” at the top to view the size selection options.

Note: “OS-Plus” items typically fit sizes 12-16. “QN” items typically fit sizes 14-20.

What is different about Honoring Intimates?

At Honoring Intimates, besides being enthusiastic about helping marriages thrive, we are also health-conscious. We have chosen only the best lubricants, oils and lotions for our customers, which are made with a variety of organic and natural ingredients. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@honoringintimates.com within 30 days of receipt and we would be happy to assist with a refund or replacement.

Why don't you have my size in an item?

We do our best to maintain inventory in our most popular pieces and sizes, but sometimes we carry close-out items that are not able to be restocked. If we are missing your size in a particular item, please email info@honoringintimates.com and we will try to get it for you. We also add new items regularly.

I have a customer account, but forgot my password. What do I do?

After clicking the Sign In link, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.

Where can I purchase a vibrator or other sex toys?

We recommend Married Dance, which features nudity-free images and marriage-centered descriptions.

How does the automatic discount work?

The auto-discount is applied at checkout when the minimum order is reached. The auto-discount is not valid towards shipping fees, gift cards or with other discount codes.

Sex is Painful. Do you have any suggestions?

For women, uterine or bladder fibroids can be a cause of discomfort during sex. This research study highlights the benefit of IP6 or Inositol for treating fibroids naturally. Further, organic-based lubricants can often help. We carry some options here: Lotions, Lubricants and Massage Oil. Pain during intercourse can be caused by many reasons and you should consult with your physician.
